Hi, I’m Janis Sennett

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist, Metabolic Balance® Practitioner, and Health & Wellness Coach.

I bring a unique combination of skills that allows me to support your health on multiple levels, so your wellness journey is a personalised, evidence-based and sustainable path, designed uniquely for you.

Clinical Nutrition gives me a deep understanding of nutrition and dietetic medicine principles, enabling me to assess your individual nutritional needs, address health conditions and create evidence-based dietary strategies.

Metabolic Balance® adds a structured, personalised framework that aligns your food, lifestyle and metabolism to restore balance to optimise energy and support long-term wellbeing.

Health and Wellness Coaching focuses on sustainable behaviour change, helping you implement strategies that fit your lifestyle to create momentum, stay consistent and build lasting habits.

Together, these three modalities allow me to see the whole picture of your metabolism, your nutritional needs and your lifestyle. This integrated approach ensures that your health plan is scientifically informed, metabolically balanced and practically achievable, empowering you to take ownership of your wellbeing and achieve lasting results.
